Planning
Before physically digging into ground-up construction, or even just a simple renovation, there is a substantial amount of planning to be done. During this phase, Sonata’s project management team begins familiarizing themselves with the project at hand. This familiarization entails an in-depth analysis of the job site and any mitigating factors, the creation of a robust schedule to account for long-lead items and installations, and the careful allocation of Sonata Group labor to ensure the needs of each job site are either met or exceeded. In addition, each project manager is typically involved in only one or two projects concurrently to prevent workload fatigue while promoting jobsite involvement and accountability.
