Closeout & Pursuit of Relationships

People who are unfamiliar with commercial construction typically think that a project ends upon completion of the construction. However, we at Sonata Group always follow a strict regimen when it comes to the closeout of a project. This process starts with providing all relevant documentation to the client including closeout reports, a Certificate of Occupancy, a binder of specifications and Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for all products involved in the construction, and a complete project narrative written and signed by the assigned 8 Sonata Group Inc Commercial Development – Constructing for Excellence in the Healthcare Industry project manager. After all documents are given to the client, Sonata Group’s President, Mr. Keith Perez, personally follows up with them to make sure all needs were met or exceeded. This final step is crucial to our process; Sonata Group takes client feedback quite seriously, and has found that this feedback is among the best information available in terms of improving our standing company protocols.
